As you all know that UI and UX getting upgraded much faster than ever, here are my 2cents to improve the homepage of an insurance chatbot website.
The UX of the homepage allows users to communicate with the chatbot directly. The website itself communicate with the user and ask them to perform CTA action. By providing real chatbot interactivity on the first load makes a real difference in conversion growth.
Please share your views to improvise the overall UI/UX.
