Our client needed a way to communicate to the user the web application was processing their data, in a way that was on-brand and didn't lead users to click away from the app. We used one of the brand elements to create a simple but effective CSS animation.
I find it amazing in modern web technologies what even a few lines of basic code can do and the emotion it can convey.
Tubik Studio | Ice
Hello mates!
Let me introduce one more of my works to you. For most people traveling is a reliable source of inspiration and getting new impressions. I am not an exception and this time I have prepared a design concept for a website presenting travel destinations in Iceland. As well as in my previous shots, the idea again tries the best sides of minimalistic interface design. Working over the color palette, I have chosen the light background featuring the theme of Iceland and a contrastive headline. Thorough attention was paid to typography and composition as key sides of user-friendly minimalism enhancing usability, navigability and visual harmony transferring the spirit of the presented place. Animation shows transitions between pages to give the feeling of general design consistency.
To share more ideas we get working on design projects and concepts in Tubik Studio, we regularly update Tubik Blog with new articles. The latest one is focused on the aspect of benefits of dark background in UI. Welcome to join!

How to Animate an Icon in After Effects
Hey guys, I'm sharing this really cool video tutorial I created. I break down the steps you need to do a custom icon animation in After Effects. I borrowed this design from Ramotion and one of their very cool icon animations. Love those guys. Check out the video: http://uxinmotion.net/how-to-animate-an-icon-in-after-effects/ (you can download the source files too and follow along). Thanks! Hope you like it :)
Logo Concepts for MAPS.ME
Hey guys!
So excited to share with you our work for logo concepts contest. MAPS.ME is a popular offline maps app for mobile devices with a lot of cool features. It used to have a logo with a traveling case, but now it doesn’t really present the main point anymore, since people often use this app to navigate through their hometown.
But that’s not all — we liked the idea so much that we created not one, but 7 different logos! Check the attachment to see all of them.
Which one is your favorite?:)
