My first experiment with After Effects, animating my logo in the style of retro tv titles!

collecting stars
Did this one as a personal project in which i studied animated stereographic images a couple years ago.
Animated over 40 painted layers in photoshop to create the '3D effect'. Discovered later it can be done much easier with depth maps.
The picture is inspired by the childrens story: 'the boy who ate the stars'. In this scene the boy is (obviously) collecting the stars.

CMYK - The Project
Hi folks,
The CMYK project was made 2 years ago.
It's about a ball that runs around and keeps changing its color anywhere it touches; in this case, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow. In the end there's a black liquid ink that covers all the balls.
To create this project, I used mainly Cinema 4D and Realflow.

Re-working one of the main parts of the app - the feed page.
Before it was a full page image with the diagonal split and copy overlaid but i felt it was causing us issues with the image ratio so now we have moved to a square format that brings down the file size and now is instagram friendly.
