Secondary Actions Menu
On HUM, there are secondary actions you can do to each conversation. Actions like mentioning someone at a specific point in the conversation, calling everyone in the conversation, controlling notifications, pinning and of course archiving. Most of these options have short cuts, but some we want to put in a menu to make them easily accessible.
This is taken out of context so it might be better to focus on the idea and possible execution of menu. I've currently chosen to show them in a ... and when clicked it animates into an X for close.
The animations still need some work (a bit rough and jerky). Just a proof of concept :)

UI & Animation Composer
Hey guys,
I've been reviewing my design and animation process lately and I tend to move back and forward between PS, LR and AE quite a bit. I thought it would be much more streamlined if I could create, compose and animate my designs all in one app without having to jump back and forth.
The shot consists of a sidebar (right) to adjust the composition, a timeline (bottom) for animating and a panel (left, collapsed) for shapes.
