Rating UI Animation
Offset the timing of the hero image vertical motion to add some vitality to the standard rising modal. Staggered in the stars to draw the user's focus to their immediate action.
Revealing the submit button after a rating has been given affords the interface the opportunity to remove an otherwise useless, disabled button and allows the user to maintain focus on the star rating.
