If you're in IT you probably know that chat-bots are becoming big mainstream trend. In Surf we're totally aware of situation and already doing some experiments with couple of projects, working out various user experience approaches.
Some may say bots are just another trendy toy, but in fact we're facing big historical moment. New era of Interfaces that are more human than ever: chatting with us at the kitchen, taking care of us, making jokes.
Will it be the next big thing? Who knows. But welcome to the future.

Avenue M
Just wanted to share an initial loading animation used to kick off a new phase on another personal project. Avenue M is a small but growing app with a focus on marketing and managing investment / multi-family properties. The app is designed with owners, managers, landlords, and even tenants in mind.
I will keep posting as it gets built out. Let me know what you think!
I build all of my initial mockups using Comp CC, then move to Illustrator, often Photoshop, and finally After Effects.
