Country selection list styled to be map that shows country names when hovering over the flags.
The background image of the map is set to the .partners class of the ul-element
Each flag is a transparent png background image set to the absolutely positioned li-elements relative to the map container.
When a list element is hovered the absolutely positioned country name label fades in via CSS animations. Each flag is clickable. No JavaScript, no unsemantic markup. Works in IE6.
