A look at the work we did for Heap. Our task was making analytics–a potentially dry subject–approachable to anyone who’s interested in data. We worked with them to extend their current brand onto a site that sets them apart and positions them well for continued growth.

Team member @[7162:Joshua Krohn] did an amazing job leading all efforts on this. We are excited to be reengaging them to do more work very soon!

UI WEEKLY: Loading Animation
Attempted to create my first animation and chose to center it around something light and fun. I imagine this loading animation could be used for mobile apps or a website to indicate content will be loading in soon.

Another design exercise via learning how to animate in Principle.

Originally, I rendered this in Principle, but the beginning and end of the animation was getting clipped. Then I created it in Sketch, but too much quality was sacrificed. Ultimately, I rendered the GIF in Photoshop. :/

Has anyone dealt with this issue in Principle?

This rebound was made to learn about sequence and animation rhythm. In this shot, I faced two challenges: a- how to animate the vapour/smoke so that I can get a shape morphing effect, b- how to make an infinite loop gif.
