I wanted to learn After Effects as it relates to UI animations. I created an app interface in Sketch and worked through some of the transitions/animations. The app let's a user track and plan runs while training for a race.

I was inspired by @[31664:Fraser Davidson] great animations, so I tried to make one on my own. I hope you like it. It's done in Illustrator/After Effects. I enjoyed making this one. Any thoughts how can I make it even better?
