Form field hint

Minimal is nice, but sometimes it gets hard for the user to fallow the meaning of the interface. This small animation in the form shows how to use it.

Here's a simple animation i've created for a 404 page. Everything's done using CSS animations and vivus.js, the fantastic .js plugin by @mxwllt (find the vivus project here: https://github.com/maxwellito/vivus).

Call me back form

I'm prototyping a 'call me back' form for a website we're working on. The first two buttons in the contact bar open a form. The last one links to the contact page.

The idea is that you enter a phone number and submit the form right after. Next, you can provide your name and a suitable timeframe if you'd like to. This data will be added to your submission.

We're aiming to create a flow that makes it as easy as possible to get called back by the company. It should guide you trough the process without getting in the way.

Mobile Prototyping

As a member of @[436969:Think Brownstone], I am able to play with and learn the latest product design tools to meet a variety of our clients' design challenges.

With this shot, I used Sketch to create the graphical assets and then harnessed @[174031:Pixate] Studio to design the interactions and animations in a mobile environment.

As an exercise in workflow—from sketching, to Sketch, to Pixate—I wanted to showcase how easily it can be to create scrolls, springs, taps and other interactive elements.

The really nice thing is, the whole thing functions as a fully native prototype on Android and iOS mobile phones. The recording of the interactions happen within the Pixate mobile app itself—that's an actual video capture of my use of the prototype that I've then rendered into a gif for the shot.

The customer service over at Pixate is top notch. I'm a big fan of both tools for a variety of design needs.
